MK2 Front Suspension Rebuild
This Jaguar MK2 came in for a full front suspension rebuild. The original setup had seen decades of use, with worn bushes, tired springs, and corrosion throughout the assembly.
The front subframe was stripped, cleaned back to bare metal, and refinished in gloss black for durability. All new components were fitted, including wishbones, uprights, ball joints, and bushes, with every fastener replaced or zinc-plated to original spec. The coil springs and dampers were also renewed, bringing the handling and ride height back to how it should be.
Once reassembled, everything was torqued to specification and test-fitted before final installation, leaving the MK2 ready for many more years of smooth driving.
